I have to rearrange my bookshelves because i just got a new one .. my wrist is killing me

Reyo needs another bookshelf... all three of mine are almost completely full... There's some from IKEA that I really want, but they're $60 each.

I need to make something to go behind my manga so they don't go ALL the way to the backboard.. dk too short for that xD you shoulda seen me trying to get my sesshy stuff on to the top x'D mom was laughing so much and saying "you may be taller then me but your still too short!"

How deep is the shelf? Maybe put a 2x4 or a 4x4 in the back? Or use the top shelf to display figures or something instead?

My bookshelves are old CD shelves with adjustable shelves. I just made each shelf taller so I could fit my manga in them. I have 3, but I was supposed to have 2 more..... my crazy aunt gave them away in a charity yard sale...

I have manga on one shelf, DVDs and videogames on another, and book books on the third one. I'm almost out of room on all of them, too.

We never have any ice cream for milkshakes... and when we do we don't have any milk...

Even if we did have all the stuff to make 'em, nobody knows where the blender is... and I'm not asking to borrow grandma's.

The last MMO I played was Megaten, and that didn't last very long because of the elitist attitude of most of the players.

Reyo needs to learn some Japanese. Maybe then I could fully enjoy the Japanese copy of 3 Wolves Mountain that I have. I've read it scanlated online before, but I lost the link and haven't been able to find it again.

I find it offensive that a lot of sites take down manga once it's been licensed in America. What about those of us who can't afford to buy it? Sure, in some places the public library MIGHT have the manga you want to read, but that's a shot way WAY in the dark!

I think of reading manga online as a 'try before you buy' type of deal. Just like how I loved Black Butler so much when I read it online that now I HAVE to have it in print now that it's available here in America! Sure, I still read the newest chapters online whenever they're released, but it's not stopping me from buying it in print.

Online manga sites are like the poor rural otaku's library! Denying us the joys of certain series online is like saying we shouldn't borrow the manga from people who can afford to buy it, and have bought it.

It's always just a few bad seeds that ruin it for the rest of us! *grumbles and sips on a cup of tea*

It sounds like you got the same shelving that I have. I actually got two of them and only built each halfway up, cuz there was no stability there if you made it go all the way up. The thing is, if you wanted it to be stable, you'd have to nail and hook it to your wall like a picture frame. Crazy, huh? xD . It might not be the prettiest thing, but it's excellent for adjusting the shelves to any level you want, which is what I needed for my textbooks and figurines <3

That's the same one I have, but it's white xD. I only assembled half of each though. I mean...there is enough space for it to fall and it won't hurt anyone, but I didn't like the idea of my figurines taking the plunge..cuz I live in an earthquake region and a decent-sized earthquake could easily knock it over.

A tall one is good. You keep collecting more and more, and that will fill up.

Mine came with a little thing that you screw into the backside of the shelf, like a picture frame holder, then you have to put a nail in your wall. I didn't use it though xD

My first one that collapsed ages ago had one like that, i never used it .. the current anime dvd never came with one.. and this one. has this really long strap and i have no idea on how to put it to the wall.. =/
