Okay I have a question: why do people have shops set up for art and in the exchange when the trades are not up? |

I know who the admins are. I just was wondering what the point of having a shop up was. Suppose one could simply ask the admins, though I find that'd just be a pain, personally. Ah well.

Well, if they wanted to make shop which is perfectly fine and also they can give out some freebies while they wait. They don't have to do it at the last minute set up, you know?

@Azrael:Thank you! I didn't know how to go about it since there's no light blue in the torn kimono light version.. Pure Water is what Bina Fydan means in Al Bhed. It's my element. lol
