I think I concur with Nikko, I don't think I'll ever outgrown this...but I costume from a looooooot of things, not just anime/games so I have a lot to keep me entertained :)

Airu, that stinks, what's your home con? And sometimes it's fun to just hit one day, you can meet up with friends and at least have a blast while you are there.

I've no idea, I just know the names I call 'em, not the names they might be known by in the area. I'll poke 'at me and see what locals might know 'em as :) Though I'd never heard there was a roller disco! That sounds...dangerous for people in costume.

Unfortunately not, no Wondercon for me...I plan to hit it at least one year though. I will admit that, being the con-junkie I am, I've gone and looked at a ton of peoples pictures form this year! I'm waiting for ACparadise to get the masq videos up as well...which they probably are since I've not looked in a couple days....

yes you can,and you also know when to stop BEFORE you have to 1) throw up 2) get kicked out 3) get beat up or 4) get told to find a taxi. Which makes you aces in my book, cause too many people don't know when to say when.

OH, just found out that Costume Con is gonna be at Starfest, AND is running a panel. :: wiggles in excitement:: now I'm even MORE excited!

Costume con, the convention that moves yearly, is coming to Denver in 2013. They've been having booths/tables at other conventions to spread the word, and I just found out they'll also be doing a panel at Starfest. I first encountered them at MileHi and nearly wept when I didn't have the funds to pre-reg...I still don't, and I"ll weep then too.

Yes, I have three epically huge things planed for costume con which shall be constructed all next year. We'll see if I really only do three costumes, but I'll at lest do THOSE three.

LOL mine are all huuuuuuuge, I'm doing WQEsther(she WILL GET DONE), Archangel Michael(Wen-m art) and Frosta(another art-based version). I figure WQEsther will put me back the least cost wise...the other two are gonna killllllllll my budgets. And if I magically have sanity and/or money I'll get Charlotte's pink ball gown of DOOM done.
