Back in my dorn, I used white-out pen to write TAKE YOUR MEDS on black gaff tape and stuck it on the bookshelf on my desk, so I'd see it whenever I glanced up from my laptop.

The fun part of people taking Vit C when they're already sick is that it doesn't actually help at that point. XD It's hard to overdose on Vit X though because your body just excretes what it can't use when you pee. |
