lawl. even my grandparents use more technology than that, though they didn't grow up with it. I guess some people adapt and some don't.

Ugh my grandmother yelled at me for playing music, watching tv, playing my video games... She yelled at me for Drawing! D< she didn't watch TV .. lets just say We hated each other and I had to Force my self to shed tears at her funeral >.>

My mom doesn't use computer either. XD They're rather allergic to her, too. XD

Demonskid 08-04-2010 06:51 PM

My laptop was spazzing a bit when I got on and mom was like "AHH I am so sorry I messed it up didnt I" xD

Lucid: 08-04-2010 06:58 PM

I'm still using a beta copy of Windows 7. it expired probably about 4 months ago, and I'm surprised it still works. XD I just got the computer working, though, so I don't know how stable the OS really is. it randomly restarted on me a while ago, but at least it didn't BSoD.

Demonskid 08-04-2010 07:00 PM

I am using windows Vista and Am quite happy with it.. =/

Lucid: 08-04-2010 07:19 PM

all our computers that used to run vista have broken. my grandpa combined my computer and my sister's to make one working frankencomputer. but her hard drive has something wrong with it so we have to use my illegal one until we can find some way to reset hers.

Demonskid 08-04-2010 07:20 PM

Ah.. If I had the money I'd get 2 4GB ram chips then get a New and bigger Hard Drive then Id get windows seven THEN I'd install it all xD

I just got a new computer as a graduation present, but I have to be all ready to move out of my room before I'm allowed to use it. D: my room is so cluttered, it's taking forever to clean all my stuff out.

Sadrain 08-04-2010 07:36 PM

I have Vista on my laptop, it came among with the laptop and all. I am more of a Linux girl (my laptop is named Torvald Charles Pentium for a reason, after all XD), but I am now used to it, too.

xD I know how that is. :3

My laptop was a Graduation present I got early so I could put my GED notes in it xD

ooo, I've never used linux before. maybe I should put linux on this laptop instead of finding the reset disk....then again, it's going to be my sister's computer and she's not exactly tech-savvy. she might not like using linux. she gets super frustrated just using a mac. ._____.

Demonskid 08-04-2010 07:49 PM

I use HP (compaq Prisario) and Dell computers :x

Sadrain 08-04-2010 07:49 PM

Uhm, there are some supah-easy Linux versions to use, as in, those who don't really require to be tech-guru, both for the setter up and the user.

Lucid: 08-04-2010 07:55 PM

yeah, but the problem is, they're different. macs aren't hard to use, but if it's not what she's used to, she'll throw a tantrum. even if whatever technical problem is her fault, she screams and yells and blames the computer, or the company, or anything she can. I can't wait until she gets older and more mature. =/

Inari;; how is your computer? we've had 3 compaq computers and all three have died within a year and a half of buying them. D:

Demonskid 08-04-2010 08:04 PM

I got mine October 08 :3 and its still running good except its getting a tad bit slow I need to clean it up a bit. but to do that I need a new external HD xD
