Vampirates: Blood Captain.
The more I read the series, the more I don't think it should've been placed in the kids section at Barnes and Noble. lol

The last book I finished was Tongues of Serpents , the sixth book in the His Majesty's Dragon series by Naomi Novik . I can't wait until Crucible of Gold is released next year ... <33

The last book I read is The Ask and The Answer by Patrick Ness, the second book of the Chaos Walking trilogy. <3 It's so amazing, and sad and and *tries not to spoil*

I am now currently reading Dancing with the Devil by Keri Arthur, the first book of the Nikki and Michael series (or something like that)

Last Book

The last book I finished was Impulse. It was a book that was writed in poetry style about three teens who where locked up on suicide attempts. Could have been better written but it was an okay book. The author made the characters seem to unemotional at the very end but I enjoyed it.:) A friend of mine is trying to convince my to read Maximum Ride, not sire if I shouls though.

The one I most recently finished was the first volume of the Game of Thrones novels :D It was really good and I was surprised that the TV series kept to the books almost perfectly :D

Haha. I actually had to think on this. What's the last book I finished?
Mortal Fear (A Buffy the Vampire Slayer paperback) but I had to think about it because
I finished two books last night.

It wasn't the best BtVS book I've read.
It wasn't terrible or anything but I found about half a dozen typos
or incorrect usages of words like were instead of where. That stuff bugs me.

The story was good enough but the lack of proofing bothered me. Especially since it was a co-authored book. Two people wrote this and no one caught these errors? And it was professionally published so it's someone's job to catch that stuff and they didn't do it.

I've been neglecting this, lol! xD

The last book I finished is "Shaman" by Noah Gordon. And it's absolutely stunning. It sure won't leave my mind for a while longer. Everything is amazing about it - the language, the writing style, all those tiny details to characters, to world. It is like he has been there, and like he is taking reader with him again, in a way. The characters are fully fleshed out and I think it keeps to history in amazing way. It's one of reasons why I love historical fiction genre. It, by no means, is not an easy book, but its left impact is a good one.

Rainy!! I just finished this book call The Neighbor.
I mentioned it in the what are you currently reading thread
and said it was really good so far but it got even better!

I actually got a little bit mad when I realized I was getting toward the end. Heh.

I wish that book had been longer.
