Corvus is that one annoying sub-boss that your party defeats, but does not kill early on in the game. He comes back later in the game as a fully-fledged super boss that takes for-freaking-ever to defeat and finally kill.

The powerful mage that is a little nutty but overall very benevolent... though her magic sometimes has a major twist.

with an avi like that she could fufill pretty much any role.
