Only pain meds that have acetaminophen work for me. Regular Tylenol doesn't work.

I have that as well. And my tolerance is for alcohol.....nothing else. I stay away from illegal stuff....blegh.

Well, yeah, can't fix stupid. And you'd be surprised....would probably put me in the hospital before I blacked out. High tolerance runs in my family. Not by size, just inherent tolerance.
