Don't hurt yourself too much sweetie.... That's not a good thing. My back's messed up too but in a different way than yours. My neck is at a bad angle. and one of my lower back vertibrae is at a weird angle.... so i get to go to the chiropractor to get it fixed a bit.... but hopefully that will help it. *crosses fingers*
