OMG the eye twitch! I had that once too...and it lasted for like a month.
well, yeah, maybe it's stress related *sighs*

Well, I don't do much exercises and I'm not a scaredy kind of person, and thing is...intuition and gut feeling isn't enough to trigger my sympathetic nervous system to totally freak out D:

Maybe it is a form of anxiety, but I actually look pretty calm when my heart starts beating like crazy..
