It is. They've banned other people for other silly reasons too. Like giving them a suggestion, pointing out errors, maybe accidentally running into a glitch.

And yes. Solia definitely does that. If they find out you're on staff with another avi site, they give you the ban hammer. I wouldn't doubt that some other avi sites do that.
