Well I am learning HTML and CSS right know. Let's say if my ultimate goal is to maintain something like trisphee or an interactive blogging community, which one would be best to learn for that?
And I am still learning the basics but I am trying to keep in mind the back end of the website and see what kind or how to build a server.
